What we do
Ice Cream
Our ice cream is made using milk and cream from our registered Guernsey cows. We pasteurize and prepare the ice cream mix and then work with the University of Nebraska Dairy Plant. Our ice cream has a higher butterfat content making it extremely creamy and sweet. Don't miss out on this creamy sweet treat!
Through our partnership with Dutch Girl Creamery, we are proud to offer our delicious cow's milk cheeses and cheese curds. Our cheese products are produced by our registered Guernsey cows. The unique golden color of Guernsey milk comes from an unusually high content of orange beta-carotene. It contains 12% more protein, 30% more cream, 33% more vitamin D, 25% more vitamin A and 15% more calcium than the average white milk.

Beef
Abby is our beef specialist, creating and implementing a nutrition plan so we can raise high quality grass fed, grain finished cattle. We partner with our local butcher shop to bring your fresh, locally raised beef.

We offer a 1 hour farm tour customized to whatever you would like to see or learn from May through October. Tours can include:
